MCACL1D6N06YL-TP is an N-channel MOSFET in a DFN5060-C package, designed for high-current switching applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, a continuous drain current of 230 A at 25°C, and a pulsed drain current of 920 A. The device features split gate trench technology, with a typical on-resistance of 1.2 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and 1.8 mΩ at 4.5 V. Thermal resistance is 0.6°C/W from junction to case and 55°C/W from junction to ambient on a standard FR-4 board.
