MCAC90N06Y-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, packaged in a DFN5060 with dimensions of 6.35 mm maximum length, 5.64 mm maximum width, and 1.50 mm maximum height. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, continuous drain current of 90 A, and maximum power dissipation of 35 W. Thermal resistance is 3.5°C/W junction to case. The device operates from -55°C to +150°C, features a low gate threshold voltage of 2 to 4 V, and a drain-source on-resistance of 2.6 to 5.1 mΩ at 20 A. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with a UL 94 V-0 rated epoxy enclosure.
