The MCAC80N15YA-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, packaged in a DFN5060 case, with dimensions of 6.35 mm × 5.64 mm × 1.20 mm. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 150 V, continuous drain current of 80 A at 25°C, and a maximum power dissipation of 178 W. Thermal resistance is 0.7°C/W from junction to case and 55°C/W from junction to ambient on a 1 in² FR-4 board. The device supports a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, has a gate-source voltage rating of ±20 V, and is RoHS compliant. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and the device is halogen-free. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 5,000 pieces per reel.
