The MCAC60N04HE3 is an AEC-Q101 qualified N-channel MOSFET designed for automotive applications, housed in a DFN5060 package measuring 6.0mm x 5.0mm. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40V, continuous drain current of 60A at 25°C and 38A at 100°C, and a total power dissipation of 50W. Thermal resistance is 55°C/W from junction to ambient and 2.5°C/W from junction to case. The device features a maximum gate-source voltage of ±20V, on-resistance of 5 to 7mΩ at 10V gate voltage and 20A drain current, and single-pulsed avalanche energy of 100mJ. It is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
