MCAC120N04Y-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, packaged in a DFN5060 format measuring 6.35 mm x 5.65 mm. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40 V, a continuous drain current of 120 A at 25°C and 85 A at 100°C, and a maximum total power dissipation of 83 W. The device features a low drain-source on-resistance of 8.0 mΩ maximum at VGS = 6 V and ID = 20 A, with a gate threshold voltage range of 2 to 4 V.
