N-channel MOSFET for surface-mount applications, packaged in DFN5060, rated for 100 V drain-source voltage and continuous drain current of 100 A at 25°C case temperature, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. Thermal resistance is 52°C/W junction to ambient and 40°C/W junction to case. On-resistance is 4.6 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and 20 A drain current. AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant. Includes a body diode with 100 A continuous current rating and 125 nC total gate charge. Moisture sensitivity level 1, halogen-free, and epoxy meets UL 94 V-0.
