The MCAC012P04L is a P-channel trench LV MOSFET in a DFN5060 package, designed for power switching applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -40 V and a continuous drain current of -34 A at 100°C. The device supports a pulsed drain current of -220 A and dissipates up to 78 W with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.6°C/W. The operating and storage junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. It features a gate threshold voltage range of -1.0 V to -2.5 V and a drain-source on-resistance of 9.7 mΩ at -10 V gate-source voltage. The package is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is available in tape and reel packaging.
