Micro Commercial Components Corp. Single Bipolar Transistors BF420-AP

The BF420 is an NPN silicon bipolar transistor in a TO-92 package, rated for a collector-base voltage of 300 V, collector-emitter voltage of 300 V, and emitter-base voltage of 5 V. It supports a continuous collector current of 0.1 A and power dissipation of 830 mW, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance is 150°C/W. The transition frequency is 60 MHz, and DC current gain ranges from 50 at 20 V and 25 mA. The epoxy encapsulant meets UL 94 V-0, and the part is RoHS compliant with a "P" suffix. It is available in ammo pack (AP) format with 20,000 pieces per carton.
