BC857S is a dual PNP bipolar transistor in an SOT-363 package, designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications. The device has a collector-base voltage rating of -50 V, collector-emitter voltage of -45 V, and collector current of -200 mA, with a power dissipation of 300 mW.
