The BC847VPN is a dual NPN/PNP bipolar transistor in an SOT-563 surface-mount package measuring 1.50 to 1.70 mm in height, 1.10 to 1.30 mm in width, and 0.90 to 1.10 mm in length. It is rated for a collector-base voltage of 50 V, collector-emitter voltage of 45 V, and collector current of 100 mA, with a maximum power dissipation of 200 mW. The operating and storage junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and certified to UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It has a thermal resistance of 625 °C/W and a transition frequency of 100 MHz.
