The MIC4469ZWMTR is a quad, low-side MOSFET driver with four 1.2A-peak output channels, each featuring a 2-input AND gate with one inverted input. It is packaged in a 16-pin wide SOIC and operates from 4.5V to 18V. The device provides symmetrical rise and fall times of up to 50ns, delay times up to 100ns, and latch-proof operation withstanding up to 500mA of inductive kickback. It is qualified for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C and meets RoHS standards.
