The MIC2774H-44BM5 is a dual power supply supervisor designed for under-voltage monitoring and reset generation in a compact 5-pin SOT package. It features two independent under-voltage detectors: one with a fixed threshold and another that is user-adjustable, allowing for monitoring of voltages as low as 0.3V. The device provides a choice of reset outputs, including active-high, and asserts the reset signal during power-on and whenever monitored voltages drop below their respective thresholds. The reset output remains asserted for a minimum of 140ms after the voltages return above the thresholds. With a typical supply current of only 3.5¬µA, the MIC2774H is suitable for low-power applications. It includes hysteresis to prevent false triggering from noise and can handle input voltages up to 7V. The device operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C, making it versatile for various applications, including embedded controllers, telecommunications systems, and networking hardware.
