The Maxtena M4HCT-A-SMA is an active multi-frequency GNSS antenna designed for L1 GPS, Galileo, Beidou, and GLONASS bands, operating within the frequency range of 1559-1607 MHz. It utilizes proprietary Helicore® technology, which enhances pattern control, polarization purity, and efficiency in a compact design. The antenna features a realized gain of 0.5 dB and a peak efficiency of 49%, with a right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) and a maximum axial ratio of 0.9 dB at zenith. This antenna is equipped with an integrated SMA connector and is built with rugged, automotive-grade components, achieving an IP67 rating for environmental protection. It operates with a voltage range of 3.0 to 5.0 V and a maximum current of 25 mA, making it suitable for low power consumption applications. The M4HCT-A-SMA also exhibits minimal phase center variation, ensuring high accuracy in GNSS applications, and features excellent out-of-band rejection of 40 dBc.
