The XRP7713ILBTR-F is a three-output pulse-width modulated (PWM) step-down DC-DC controller that includes a built-in low-dropout regulator (LDO) for standby power and GPIOs. It supports a programmable output voltage range from 0.9V to 5.1V and features independent Digital Pulse Width Modulator (DPWM) channels for each output, allowing for precise voltage regulation and various protection functions such as current limiting and over-voltage protection. The device operates with an input voltage range of 4.75V to 25V and offers a programmable switching frequency from 300 kHz to 1.5 MHz, enabling optimization between efficiency and component size. Communication and programming are facilitated through an I¬=C serial interface, which also allows for fault reporting and monitoring of power rail parameters. The XRP7713ILBTR-F is suitable for applications including multi-channel power supplies, audio-video equipment, and industrial and telecom equipment. It is packaged in a green/halogen-free 32-pin TQFN format.
