The SP6137 is a 900 kHz synchronous PWM step-down controller designed for high-efficiency voltage conversion from 2.5V to 20V input to an adjustable output as low as 0.8V. It operates with a 5V bias supply and features integrated 1.5Ω sink and 2Ω source gate drivers capable of delivering up to 10A output current. The device supports Type II and Type III compensation, programmable soft start, UVLO for both VCC and VIN, thermal shutdown at 145°C, and automatic restart after short-circuit faults. It is packaged in a 10-pin MSOP and meets RoHS compliance. The SP6137CU-L/TR variant operates within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
