The SP5301CN-L is a half-duplex Universal Serial Bus (USB) differential transceiver designed for interfacing with the USB Serial Interface Engine (SIE). The device operates with standard and programmable logic at 3.3V or 5.0V, allowing for flexible integration into existing systems. This transceiver features a rail-to-rail receiver common mode input range with a typical sensitivity of 20mV, and it includes hysteresis on the V_{P} and V_{M} functions for improved signal integrity. The SP5301CN-L is designed for low power consumption, drawing only 20 nA in suspend mode. It is available in a 14-pin 0.15" SOIC package and is an enhanced version of the PDIUSBP11, providing a cost-effective solution for USB device design.
