Beet red color also know as Beetroot red color is extracted from beetroot. Beet red color is produced through leaching, separation, concentration and drying to obtain powder form color. The end product is red-violet to deep purple in liquid or powder form. It is water soluble and the aqueous solution is red to purple red and the color is bright.
