Turmeric is a natural pigment, extracted from the underground stems of Tuliopia plant turmeric, tulprum. The extraction of turmeric color is carried out in following steps: washed, dried, pulverized, extracted with organic solvents such as ethanol, filtered, purification and concentrated.
