DESCRIPTION
The P7Up is a device designed for dimensional measurement function. It has two versions of the rack, a 3-blind slots to be placed inside the machine electrical cabinet, which can be connected to the Color Remote panel and a 3 slots accompanied by a color panel. The application software can be specialized according to the type of measurement In Process / Post Process and is configured with the necessary cycles.
P7Up has hardware interfaces that allow the exchange of signals by means of physical I/O with the same performances of the devices which it replaces.

VERSIONS
The P7Up has a hardware modularity based on number of measuring heads that must manage for the specific application, for the type of I/O connection and for the type of the front panel.
The number of measuring heads connected goes from 1 to 8 they must be connected using a two-channel modules.
For I / O are available from 32 to 96 pins may be configured as individual input and output signals as inputs or outputs in BCD / binary format.
The panel has a 5.5" color display, the remote version has two formats both height = 129.5 mm (3HE) but with different width = 482 mm (19") or 226 mm.
Each P7Up system is completed with an application software configuration file specializes for specific device to be replaced (E5, BLUE, E5N, E80, E3C).
