DESCRIPTION
CS2 is a compact system that can be installed everywhere in the machine due to its IP67 high protection structure. Each sensor type(force, vibration etc.) are directly connected to the CS2 processing unit to eliminate any possible delays related to communication buses. Tool Monitoring is performed through the continuous checking of the signals generated by different sensors that are matched with alarm thresholds set by the operator. The system can manage up to 256 different processes. Main events are stored in a local black box and data of each process can be exported for further evaluation on an external PC.
TECH SPECS
Monitors tool breakage, missing tools, tool wear
Connection to PC via Ethernet
Connection to PLC via additional unit CSEPLC
Up to 2 sensors can be connected
Visualization on Windows OS
VERSIONS
CS2xx (single channel): xx = AC (Accelerometer), SF (Static Force), DF (Dynamic Force), PW (True Power)
CS2xxyy (double channel): yy= AC, SF, DF, PW (any kind of combination of xx and yy is possible)
