The M02045G-2Y01-T is a high-gain limiting amplifier designed for fiber optic communication applications up to 200 Mbps. It is typically used following a photodetector and transimpedance amplifier to provide the necessary gain for PECL compatible logic outputs. The device features a programmable signal-level detector that allows users to set thresholds for enabling logic outputs, along with a signal detect function that includes 2 dB of hysteresis to prevent chatter at low input levels.
