The 2N6439 is an NPN silicon power transistor designed for broadband large-signal output amplifier stages in the 225 to 400 MHz frequency range. It delivers 60 W output power at 28 Vdc with a minimum gain of 7.8 dB at 400 MHz, and includes a built-in matching network using a double match technique for broadband operation. The device is 100% tested for load mismatch at all phase angles with a 30:1 VSWR and features a gold metallization system for high reliability. It is packaged in a CASE 316-01, STYLE 1.
