LS Industries Internal Cylinder Blaster IDB-2

Cylinders are loaded onto the lift and moved to a semi vertical position. The lift table is powered and rolls the cylinders automatically while the lance is introduced into the tanks. When the cleaning cycle is completed, the lance returns to the load position. On the return stroke, the lance blows compressed air into the tank to remove dust. The blasted tanks are positioned to unload, and are removed from the fixture. The blaster uses steel shot blast media through an automatic lance to efficiently clean the interior surface of tanks and cylinders. With a cleaning capacity of two cylinders per minute, this blaster comes complete with an automated cylinder positioning system, blast pressure pot, adjustable stroke lances, replaceable blast nozzles, and an industry-proven dust collection system.
