LS Industries 17TWB tumble washer with air door is designed to wash parts placed into the main wash basket. Baskets are designed to be removed from the machine for loading. This additional capability is for higher production rates. A one basket can be loaded while a second basket can be in the tumble washer with parts being cleaned. Air-operated door, carts, pneumatic loading and unloading mechanisms speed transfer of baskets. The basket is belt drive and rotates at 3 RPM. A stationary wash manifold with large slotted nozzles sprays a heated cleaning solution into the basket thoroughly cleaning the parts inside.
