The ZGP323LSK4032E is a 40-pin CDIP microcontroller from the Z8 GPTM OTP MCU Family, featuring 32KB of one-time programmable (OTP) memory and 237 bytes of RAM. It operates from a 2.0V to 3.6V supply voltage and supports extended temperature operation from -40°C to +105°C. The device includes two programmable counter/timers (8-bit and 16-bit), six priority interrupts, a programmable watchdog timer, low-voltage detection, and two on-board comparators. It offers multiple standby modes including STOP (2µA typical) and HALT (0.8mA typical). The package is a 40-pin ceramic DIP with a width of 0.6 inches, as shown in Figure 66. The part meets automotive temperature requirements and is intended for production use.
