The SE-330HV is a high-voltage neutral-grounding-resistor monitor designed for applications up to 72 kV, continuously verifying the integrity of the neutral-grounding resistor and detecting open or shorted conditions with or without a ground fault. It measures neutral current, neutral-to-ground voltage, and resistance, and detects ground-fault currents as low as 100 mA using Discrete Fourier Transform filtering to reject harmonic noise. The relay features two programmable Form C and one programmable Form A output contacts, an analog 4-20 mA output, on-board event logging for 100 events, and optional communications including IEC 61850 via dual RJ45 or SC Fiber interfaces. It is conformally coated, operates with a universal current transformer, and is CSA certified, UL Listed, CE compliant, and RCM certified. Panel and surface mounting is supported.
