The SC1533-01FTG bidirectional TVS is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide a high ESD(electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. The SC1533-01FTG TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikesof ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2)without any performance degradation. In addition, it can safelydissipate a 15A 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5,2nd Edition. ESD, IEC 61000-4-2, ±30kV contact/air IEC 61000-4-4 EFT protection: 40 A (5/50 ns) Maximum surge tolerance, IEC 61000- 4-5 2nd Edition,15 A (8/20μs) Lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL-1)
