The PM1205S is a 6-lead surface mount AC solid state switch with optically isolated control and dual SCR outputs, designed for switching AC loads up to 500 mA rms at voltages up to 240 V rms. It features zero-crossing detection, 3750 V rms isolation, and a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.4 V rms at 500 mA. The device supports ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and is UL recognized and CSA certified. Its physical dimensions are 9.525 mm × 7.620 mm with a PCB land pattern compliant with EIA standards. The package is a surface-mount DIP-style configuration.
