The PLB150 is a 250 V, 250 mA, single-pole, normally closed solid state relay using optically coupled MOSFET technology for isolation and switching. It features a 6-pin DIP package with dimensions of 9.144 mm in length, 7.620 mm in width, and 3.302 mm in height. The relay has a maximum on-resistance of 7 Ω under AC/DC load conditions, an input trigger current of 5 mA, and 3750 V RMS input-to-output isolation. It is UL 1577 recognized and TUV EN 62368-1 certified, with an ambient operating temperature range of −40 °C to +85 °C.
