The PHS120A10 relay is a single-function, solid-state phase control relay designed for adjusting lamp intensity, fan speed, or heater temperature using an external potentiometer. It operates at 120 V ac with a steady-state output rating of 10 A and an inrush capability of 100 A. The device features surface mounting with one #10 (M5 x 0.8) screw, dimensions of 50.8 mm x 50.8 mm x 38.4 mm, and 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick connect terminals. It requires a 100kΩ, 1W potentiometer for external adjustment and must be mounted on a metal surface with heat sink compound if rated ≥6 A. Operating temperature ranges from -20 °C to 60 °C, and storage temperature from -40 °C to 85 °C. The relay is UL Recognized under File E57310 for UL508 and has a dielectric breakdown of ≥2000 V RMS and insulation resistance of ≥100 MΩ.
