The PBA150 is an 8-pin dual solid state relay with one normally open and one normally closed output, each rated for 250 V and 250 mA RMS/DC, and a maximum on-resistance of 7 Ω. It features 3750 V input/output isolation and is available in a through-hole DIP package. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and meets UL Recognized Component File E76270 and EN 62368-1 standards. It is not for new designs.
