Littelfuse, Inc. Solid State Relays PAA190STR

PAA190STR is a surface-mount, dual 400V, 150mA normally open solid state relay with 5000V rms input-to-output isolation and a maximum on-resistance of 22 Ω, packaged in an 8-pin surface mount configuration for tape and reel automation. It uses optically coupled MOSFET technology with an infrared LED for control, supports load currents up to 400 mA peak for 10 ms, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is UL recognized and certified to TUV EN 62368-1, and is designed for telecommunications, instrumentation, and medical isolation applications.
