The PAA140LS is a dual, normally open, current-limiting solid state relay in an 8-lead surface mount package, designed for telecom and instrumentation switching applications. It features 400 V blocking voltage, 200 mA continuous load current, and a maximum on-resistance of 13 Ω. The device provides 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation using OptoMOS technology and meets UL, CSA, and TÜV safety standards. It has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1 and complies with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 and J-STD-033 for handling.
