The LCA717S is a surface-mount, single-pole, normally open solid state relay with a 30 V blocking voltage and a continuous load current rating of 2 A AC/DC. It features an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.15 Ω max and provides 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation using optically coupled MOSFET technology. The device is packaged in a 6-pin surface mount configuration with a gull-wing terminal style and meets UL Recognized Component File E76270 and CSA Certified Component Certificate 1175739 standards. It has a moisture sensitivity level of MSL 1 and is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C.
