The LCA710S is a 6-pin surface mount single pole, normally open solid state relay with a 60 V blocking voltage, 1 A continuous load current, and a maximum on-resistance of 0.5 Ω. It provides 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation using optically coupled MOSFET technology and is rated for operation from -40 °C to +85 °C. The device features low drive power requirements, arc-free switching, and no EMI/RFI generation. It holds UL, CSA, and EN/IEC 60950-1 certifications with a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0. The package dimensions are 8.382 ± 0.381 mm in length, 6.350 ± 0.127 mm in width, and 1.651 ± 0.254 mm in height. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL 1, and the device is ESD sensitive.
