The LCA120L is a single-pole, normally open, solid state relay with a 250 V blocking voltage and a 150 mA rms load current rating, using optically coupled MOSFET technology for input-to-output isolation of 3750 V rms. It features a 6-pin DIP package with dimensions of 8.382 ± 0.381 mm in length, 7.620 ± 0.127 mm in width, and 1.524 mm in height, and is designed for surface mount or through-hole mounting. The relay has a maximum on-resistance of 20 Ω under AC/DC configuration, turn-on and turn-off times of 3 ms, and is certified by UL, CSA, and TÜV for EN 62368-1 compliance. It generates no EMI/RFI and is suitable for telecommunications, instrumentation, and medical equipment requiring patient/equipment isolation.
