The LCA110L is a single-pole, normally open solid state relay with current limiting, designed for AC/DC switching applications up to 350 V and 120 mA RMS. It uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750 V RMS input-to-output isolation. The device comes in a 6-pin DIP package, with dimensions specified as 8.382 × 7.620 × 3.302 mm. It has a maximum on-resistance of 35 Ω at 120 mA, turn-on and turn-off times of 3 ms, and an off-state leakage current of 1 µA at 350 V. The component is UL recognized, CSA certified, and complies with TÜV EN 62368-1. It is designed for telecommunications, instrumentation, and medical equipment requiring patient/equipment isolation.
