Littelfuse, Inc. Solid State Relays LAA125STR

The LAA125STR is a surface-mount, dual single-pole normally open solid state relay in an 8-pin package, designed for telecommunications, modem switching, and medical equipment isolation applications. It features 3750V rms input-to-output isolation, a maximum blocking voltage of 350V, and a continuous load current of 170 mA rms. The relay has a maximum on-resistance of 16 Ω and switching times of up to 5 ms for both turn-on and turn-off. It complies with UL, CSA, and TUV EN 62368-1 standards and is offered in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
