The LAA125 is a dual 1-form-A solid state relay with 350V blocking voltage and 170mA RMS load current capability, designed for telecommunications, instrumentation, and medical isolation applications. It features 3750V RMS input-to-output isolation, 16Ω maximum on-resistance, and integrates two MOSFET switches with photovoltaic drive circuitry in an 8-pin DIP package. The device has a typical turn-on and turn-off time of 5ms, output capacitance of 50pF at 50V, and requires 5mA control current for activation. It is UL, CSA, and TUV certified, complies with FCC and VDE standards, and is available in surface mount and flat pack variants with moisture sensitivity level MSL 1. The part is not for new designs.
