The KSDU811200 is a factory-fixed, solid-state delay-on-make timer with a 1200s time delay, designed for process control and OEM equipment. It operates with universal input voltage from 24 to 120V AC/DC and features a solid-state NO output rated for 1A steady state and 10A inrush current at 60°C. The device is encapsulated, has no moving parts, and provides repeatability with ±0.5% or 20ms tolerance, whichever is greater. It mounts via a single #10 screw and uses 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick-connect terminals. Dimensions are 50.8 mm H × 50.8 mm W × 30.7 mm D. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 60°C, with storage up to 85°C.
The KSDU Series are encapsulated solid-state, delay-on-make timers that combine digital timing circuitry with universal voltage operation. The KSDU is factory fixed from 0.1s to 10,230s and does not include the DIP switch. These series are excellent choices for process control systems and OEM equipment. Operation (Delay-on-Make)Upon application of input voltage, the time delay begins. The output is de-energized before and during the time delay. At the end of the time delay, the output energizes and remains energized until input voltage is removed.Reset: Removing input voltage resets the time delay and output.
