The KRDM120 is a compact delay-on-make relay, 2 in. (50.8 mm) square, with an onboard knob adjusting time delay from 0.1 to 10 seconds on 12VDC. It uses isolated SPDT contacts rated 10A resistive at 125VAC, 5A at 230VAC and 28VDC, and 1/4 hp at 125VAC. Timing accuracy is ±0.5% or 20ms, whichever is greater. The unit is encapsulated for shock, vibration, and humidity resistance, mounted via a single #10 screw, and terminated with 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick-connect terminals. Operating temperature is -20°C to 60°C, input tolerance is -15% to +20%, power consumption is ≤2W DC, isolation voltage is ≥1500V RMS, and insulation resistance is ≥100 MΩ. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations; electrical life is 1 × 10⁵.
