The ISS-102A-LC is a two-channel, intrinsically-safe latching controller with one Form A relay, designed for pump-up/pump-down applications. It features fixed 100kΩ input sensitivity and a 2-second debounce delay. LED indicators show input and output states. The enclosure mounts on 35mm DIN rail or via surface mounting with #6 or #8 screws, measuring 88.9 mm high, 52.93 mm wide, and 59.69 mm deep, and weighs 0.7 lb. Relay contact rating is 180VA @120VAC pilot duty and 5A @120VAC general purpose, with 100,000 minimum electrical cycles. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 (6kV contact/8kV air), IEC 61000-4-3 (10V/m), and IEC 61000-4-4 (4kV) standards, and is certified to UL913 Sixth Edition. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 55°C, with 12 to 20 AWG wire range and 3.5 to 4.5 in.-lbs. terminal torque.
