Littelfuse, Inc. Safety Relays ISS-101

The ISS-101 is a single-channel intrinsically safe relay designed for interfacing between hazardous and non-hazardous areas, installed in a non-hazardous area. It mounts via a standard 8-pin OT08PC socket on DIN rail or surface, with dimensions of 44.45 mm in height, 60.33 mm in width, and 104.78 mm in depth. It operates on 90-120VAC, with an output contact rating of 8A at 120VAC for general purpose use or 180VA at 120VAC for pilot duty, and a mechanical life of 10 million cycles. The relay supports entitity parameters of 16.8V open-circuit voltage and 1.2mA short-circuit current, and meets UL 913 Sixth Edition safety standards. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-3, and IEC 61000-4-4 for ESD, RFI, and fast transient immunity at Level 3.
