The eZ80F93 is an 8-bit microcontroller with a single-cycle eZ80 CPU core, 64 KB Flash memory, and 4 KB SRAM, designed for industrial control, embedded communication, and point-of-sale applications. It operates from a 3.0-3.6 V supply with 5 V tolerant inputs and supports extended temperature operation from -40 °C to +105 °C. The device is packaged in a 100-pin LQFP and features two UARTs, SPI, I²C, IrDA encoder/decoder, six 16-bit timers, a real-time clock with battery backup, 24 general-purpose I/O pins, and a Zilog Debug Interface. It meets AEC-Q200 qualifications.
