The eZ80F916005MODG is a compact Ethernet module designed for rapid development of embedded systems requiring network connectivity, based on the eZ80F91 ASSP from Zilog's eZ80AcclaimPlus! family. It features a 50 MHz eZ80 CPU core with 256 KB on-chip Flash memory, 128 KB external SRAM, and 8 KB on-chip SRAM. The module includes a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet PHY with an RJ45 connector, two UARTs, I2C, SPI, and 32 general-purpose 5 V-tolerant I/O pins.
