The ECSH4HF.08D is a single-phase AC current sensor in the ECS Series, designed for overcurrent detection with a fixed trip delay of 0.08 seconds and a sensing range of 5 to 50 amperes. It operates on 120VAC input and features an isolated SPDT relay output rated for 10A resistive at 240VAC, 1/4 hp at 125VAC, or 1/2 hp at 250VAC. The device includes a built-in toroidal sensor for direct conductor passage, eliminating the need for an external current transformer. It is encapsulated for protection against shock, vibration, and humidity, with a surface mount design secured by two #6 (M3.5 x 0.6) screws. Dimensions are 88.9 mm high, 63.5 mm wide, and 44.5 mm deep. Termination is via 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick connect terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 60°C, with storage up to 85°C. Isolation voltage is ≥2500V RMS, and insulation resistance is ≥100 MΩ.
