The ECSH30AC is a single-phase AC current sensor with a built-in toroidal current sensing element, designed for overcurrent protection in control applications. It operates on 24VDC input and has a trip point range of 0.5 to 5A, with an adjustable trip delay of 0.150 to 7 seconds and a fixed sensing delay on startup of 1 second. The device features an isolated SPDT relay output rated at 10A resistive at 240VAC, 1/4 hp at 125VAC, or 1/2 hp at 250VAC. It is encapsulated for protection against shock, vibration, and humidity, with surface mount termination using two #6 (M3.5 x 0.6) screws. Dimensions are 88.9 mm high, 63.5 mm wide, and 44.5 mm deep, with 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick connect terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 60°C, with storage up to 85°C. Isolation voltage is ≥2500V RMS, and insulation resistance is ≥100 MΩ.
