Littelfuse, Inc. Monitor - Relay Output ECS4HBH

The ECS4HBH is a single-phase AC current sensor in the ECS Series, designed for overcurrent monitoring with a 120VAC input voltage and a trip point range of 5 - 50A. It features a built-in toroidal sensor, adjustable trip delay of 0.5 - 50 seconds, and a factory-set sensing delay on startup of 6 seconds. The device includes an isolated SPDT relay rated at 10A resistive at 240VAC, with mechanical and electrical life ratings of 1 × 10⁶ and 1 × 10⁵ cycles respectively. It is surface-mounted with two #6 screws and has dimensions of 88.9 mm × 63.5 mm × 44.5 mm. Termination uses 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick-connect terminals. The unit is encapsulated for protection against shock, vibration, and humidity, with an isolation voltage of ≥2500V RMS and operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C.
