The ECS41BC is a single-phase AC current sensor with a built-in toroidal current transformer, designed for overcurrent or undercurrent monitoring. It operates from 120VAC power and detects currents between 2 and 20A with an adjustable trip delay of 0.5 to 50 seconds and a 1-second sensing delay on startup. The relay output is an isolated SPDT contact rated at 10A resistive at 240VAC, with mechanical and electrical life ratings of 1 × 10⁶ and 1 × 10⁵ operations respectively. It features encapsulated circuitry for protection against shock, vibration, and humidity, and meets an isolation voltage of ≥2500V RMS. The device mounts via two #6 (M3.5 × 0.6) screws and has dimensions of 88.9 mm high, 63.5 mm wide, and 44.5 mm deep, with 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick-connect terminals.
