Littelfuse, Inc. Monitor - Relay Output ECS20BC

The ECS20BC is a single-phase AC current sensing relay with a built-in toroidal sensor, designed for over- or undercurrent monitoring. It operates on 24VAC and detects current levels between 0.5A and 5A, with an adjustable trip delay of 0.5 to 50 seconds and a sensing delay on startup of 1 second. The device features an isolated SPDT relay output rated at 10A resistive at 240VAC, 1/4 hp at 125VAC, or 1/2 hp at 250VAC. It is encapsulated for protection against shock, vibration, and humidity, with surface mount installation using two #6 (M3.5 x 0.6) screws. Dimensions are 88.9 mm height, 63.5 mm width, and 44.5 mm depth. Termination is via 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick-connect terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 60°C, with storage up to 85°C. Isolation voltage is ≥2500V RMS, and insulation resistance is ≥100 MΩ.
